How can I find a job in the U.S. on my own?
Don’t worry if it sounds a bit intimidating—most students manage to do it, and so can you! We’ll provide you with detailed guidance and advice on how to search for employers in the U.S. It’s not as scary as it seems.
By what date should I submit my job offer?
As per the program agreement, job offers must be submitted 3 months before your intended travel date, typically by around March 1.
How can I find a second job once I’m there?
The majority of students in this program work in resort towns. The main streets of these towns are packed with shops, restaurants, and hotels. You’ll just need to walk along the street and look around. As soon as you see a red “HELP WANTED” sign, that’s your spot! Even if there’s no sign, you should still inquire—during the tourist season, these towns turn into nonstop service hubs for feeding, entertaining, and accommodating visitors. That means lots of seasonal workers are needed. Most of our participants end up working two jobs.
Can I participate in the program with a job already provided?
Absolutely! This option is available and only costs about $400 more (Full Service option).
My friend and I are traveling together—can we work in the same city?
No problem! Just make sure to include your friend’s name in your application.
How many hours per week can I work?
Many participants manage to work two or even three jobs, clocking up to
